Fortune Barishal skipper Shakib al Hasan said on Friday that that he is happy with the performance of his batting unit as they have ticked all the boxes against Chattogram Challengers at Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium in the opening game of Bangladesh Premier League’s Chattogram phase.

Fortune earned a 26-run win over Challengers at their own den on the back of superlative batting performance as they posted 202- 7 and later restricting their opponent to 176-4.

“We have been batting really well. We have ticked the boxes in all three games with the bat. We could have bowled better but it was a good wicket,” Shakib said in the post match presentation.

“We are very flexible with our batting order and whenever someone needs to step up they are doing that. We have to play 40 overs of good cricket,” he said.
