West Indies off-spinner Sunil Narine also joined his Comilla Victorians teammates ahead of the second phase in Chattogram as all six teams moved to the port city by Wednesday.
The Chattogram phase will begin with the game between Chattogram Challengers and Khulna at the Zahur Ahmed Chowdhury Stadium on Friday.
Meanwhile, Sylhet Sunrisers announced on Wednesday that their pace bowler Al-Amin Hossain was ruled out from the ongoing Bangabandhu Bangladesh Premier League T20 due to an injury.
“Al-Amin sustained a foot injury (grade 2 fracture in a finger) during a practice session in the recently-concluded Bangladesh Cricket League’s one-day version in Sylhet and the doctor advised him four weeks rest for recovery,” Sunrisers said in a statement.

The 32-year-old pacer couldn’t take part in the BCL 50-over tournament because of the same injury and now it ruled him out from the ongoing BBPL as well.
The BPL Governing Council approved Alauddin Babu as his replacement, Sunrisers informed.
Meanwhile, a Sunrisers official said that they are waiting for medical clearance that would pave way for injured Nazmul Islam to take part in the Chattogram phase of the BBPL.
Nazmul required two stitches in his hand after being injured in the last game while fielding against Minister Group Dhaka.
“He (Nazmul) is confident about playing but the final decision will be made after our physio’s clearance before the next match,’’ said the official.
