Rakibul to lead Bangladesh Under-19 in World Cup

Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on Tuesday that ledt –arm spinner Rakibul Hasan, who is one of the members of the 2020 Under 19 World Cup winning side, will lead defending champion Bangladesh in the upcoming edition of ICC Under-19 World Cup.

The left-arm spinner will also lead the side in the next edition of ACC U19 Asia Cup UAE 2021.

The Bangladesh side will travel to the UAE on 20 December for the Asia Cup and will fly to the West Indies from Dubai to defend their world title.

Bangladesh U-19 team cruised to a comprehensive 181-run triumph over India U-19 B team to clinch the triangular series title at Eden gardens in Kolkata on Tuesday. The other team of the series was India U-19 A team.
