Bangladesh Cricket Board announced on Monday that Mahmudullah will replace injured Nurul Hasan in the series deciding third T20’s against Zimbabwe after the latter was ruled out from the series due to finger injury that he sustained in the last game.
‘’Mahmudullah, who was rested from the T20’s against Zimbabwe earlier, has been included in the squad for the third T20 as replacement largely due to the fact he is already in Zimbabwe as part of the Bangladesh ODI squad,’’ BCB said in a statement.
BCB said that Nurul will fly out of Harare on Monday to return home and continue his treatment and rehab to recover from the series.
