Bangladesh Cricket Board president Nazmul Hasan said on Friday appointed former national head coach Jamie Siddons as their batting consultant.

‘’Hopefully in February he( Jamie) will arrive. We will fix where he will work if we feel he is needed in High Performance than he will work than if we feel if he is required in Under-19 than he will work there and if he is required in the shadow national team than he will work there,’’ Nazmul told reporters on Friday.

‘’If we feel we have got 15 cricketers than he will work with those 15 cricketers. Look now the national team is out but there is no coach with whom the cricketers outside the national radar can work and he will fill that post,’’ said Nazmul.

Bangladesh earlier in 2012 April showed the door to coach Jamie Siddons, just days after the national team failed to make it to the -finals of the World Cup.
