The Bangladesh Cricket Board on Tuesday confirmed that they have awarded the franchise ownership rights of Dhaka to Rupa Fabrics Limited, one of the participants in the EoI process, for the next three BPL T20 events.

In a media release, the BCB informed that the rights agreement with M/s Progati Auto Rice Mills Limited as Dhaka team’s owners was auto terminated for their failure to meet the financial obligations within the stipulated deadline.
